The Tre-K 1130 Amazonas is Benelli’s ruggedized Tre-K to make it the perfect all rounder. With its upright riding position, excellent (3 way adjustable) wind protection, comfy seat, fully adjustable long travel suspension, wire wheels, punchy triple and fine handling chassis, the Amazonas is just at home on the freeway, dirt roads, twisty tar or urban streets. The Amazonas 1130 is powered by the rasping in-line-three-cylinder engine also used in the TnT  but tuned for mid-range usability.
Arguably the most complete motorcycle from Benelli in modern times, the new frame uses steel tubes to create a twin-spar structure. The rear suspension uses the same massive triangulated tube-steel swingarm and link-actuated shock absorber originally developed for the TnT. The front end looks purposeful, with massive Marzocchi 50mm inverted forks that produce superbly precise steering.
The Benelli owner will be just as interested in the bike’s excellent fit and finish, high attention to detail and sculptured body work, as they will how well 92 kW and 112 Nm peak power & torque stacks up to the rest of the market players. But as much as anything quantifiable about the Amazonas, the intangible benefit of gloating comes with having one: You can rest reasonably assured that you’ll be the only Benelli owner for miles around.
